Data Deletion

You can remove Salesleon's access to your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data, ask us to delete the data we received from them, or delete your Salesleon account entirely. Each option is below.
1. Remove Salesleon from Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Salesleon, and choose Remove.
- Instagram: open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Salesleon, and choose Remove.
When you remove the app, Facebook or Instagram tells us, and we schedule the access tokens and the Facebook or Instagram account identifiers that your login gave us for deletion, in every store you connected. They are deleted 15 days later. Your Pages and Instagram accounts stop sending us messages, comments and posts as soon as you remove the app.
2. Ask Facebook to have us delete your data
After removing the app, Facebook offers to send us a data deletion request. When it does, we schedule the same tokens and identifiers for deletion 15 days later and give Facebook a confirmation code. You can check its status, and the date it completes, at any time on salesleon.ai/data-deletion/status using that code.
3. Delete your Salesleon account and everything in it
Your stores, products, orders, customer conversations and files belong to your Salesleon account, and are deleted with it:
- In the app: go to Account → Delete account and confirm.
- On the web: visit salesleon.ai/delete-account, enter the email address of your account, and confirm through the link we email you.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the email address of your account.
Your account is closed immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. Invoices are kept in anonymised form where the law requires it.
